I’ve been using this olive oil for some time now, and it’s great. I’m not a ‘connoisseur,’ so it’s difficult to describe, but with this olive oil, you can actually taste the essence of the olive plant. I’ve tried many olive oils and even did a blind taste test with my father (he’s Greek) to see what he would say. He agreed that this olive oil tasted fresher than the others. Again, it’s hard to explain, but this olive oil is really good.
