a. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Rewards and Points Program ("Program") offered by Student Outlets Inc d/b/a Koupon, Inc ("Company," "We," or "Us").

b. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions provided by the Company.

c. Apple is not a sponsor of redemption.

a. The Program allows users to earn points through various activities, including referrals, as specified by the Company.

b. Points earned can be redeemed for freebies or rewards within the points store, subject to the following conditions:

i. Effective from 12:00 AM (PST) on May 1, 2024, each user can redeem up to five items per calendar month, with the calendar month calculated according to Pacific Standard Time (PST).

ii. Each item can only be redeemed once.

iii. Redeemed items cannot be returned.

iv. If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as incomplete address or incorrect contact details, a second delivery will not be made.

c. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

a. Eligibility:

i. Referrers must be existing users of the Koupon ("App").

ii. Referees must be new users who have not previously registered an account.

iii. Referees must meet all eligibility criteria to qualify as a "Qualified Referral."

b. Qualified Referral:

i. A "Qualified Referral" is a Referee who downloads and installs the Koupon App using the Referrer’s unique link, registers an account, and completes the registration process while consenting to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

ii. Referrers will be notified when a referral qualifies.

c. Referral Process:

i. Referrers can share their unique referral links via various communication channels such as email, social media, or direct messaging.

ii. Referees must use the provided referral link or follow the designated referral process to ensure proper tracking and attribution.

iii. Referrers earn points for each successful Qualified Referral.

d. Referral Status:

i. Pending Referral: Referee has not downloaded the Koupon app or has downloaded the Koupon app but has not registered.

ii. Earned Referral: Referee has completed all required actions including downloading and installing the app, and registering an account, and the Referrer has earned referral points.

iii. Expired Referral: Referee failed to complete the required actions within the specified timeframe.

e. The Company will provide updates on referral statuses as they occur.

a. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

b. The Company reserves the right to introduce new rules, modify existing ones, or terminate any component of the Program, including the referral program and points redemption options, at any time without prior notice.

c. Participants agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

d. Decisions by the Company regarding the Program, including but not limited to eligibility, referral status, and rewards, are final and binding.

e. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
